Preparation for brewery construction is officially under way!
Step One: power washing the entire inside of the brewery, and cleaning/prepping the concrete floors is complete.
What started off as Eric and Tim working with a power washer and some brooms quickly changed to a much bigger project.

It became clear that no one had attempted to clean the floors in this place for quite some time. You can see from these "before" shots what we were dealing with on these floors. It wasn't pretty.....

It was decided that we needed heavy machinery if we stood any change against our floor nemesis.
Enter the 30 blade carbide steel Concrete Prep Tool. Armed with this floor stripper, two power washers, a shop vac, multiple brooms, squeegies, and scrub brushes, we set out to make the place shine. Many thanks to the reinforcements, Sean and Rob, who helped us grind through the filth all day. We finally started to see some great results.
Below are some action shots of the brewery maintanance crew going to town on the walls and floor of our future brewery and brewpub. We’ll be posting plenty more pictures of the brewery construction in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!
